How “offered first” works
A driver who sends a request from your listing is yours alone, on every plan. Pro changes the other kind: when a driver asks us for quotes from shops nearby, or picks a shop that can’t take requests, we send the request to up to three nearby shops of the right kind, in this order:
- Featured shops (a separate paid spot)
- Pro shops
- Shops that answer their requests
- Other shops, closest first

- Is there a contract?
- No. Pro is month to month, the first 30 days are free, and you can cancel any time from the app.
- Do I pay for leads?
- Never. Not on Free, not on Pro. Every request a driver sends you is yours to answer.
- What happens if I stay on Free?
- Nothing goes away. Your listing, your requests, the app and Insights all stay free.
- How do I start?
- Open the Business Manager app and tap Pro under More. If you haven’t claimed your shop yet, find it here first. It takes about two minutes.
